Exclusive Artist Interview: Donovan Frankenreiter

Shutter 16 Chats with Donovan about the Rollers EP and the See It All American Tour

In true troubadour fashion, rock and rollers Donovan Frankenreiter and Devon Allman have embarked on the journey of a lifetime. With a brand new EP, Rollers, the duo has given rock fans six new tunes from the sweeping cinematic feel of “Calling All You Riders” with a true wild-western feel to the classic American road trip tune “See It All.”

The EP is the soundtrack for the duo’s current See It All American Tour and what a tour it is. Allman and Frankenreiter are attempting to set the Official World Record for the fastest time to play a concert in 50 states, in only 49 days. The tour kicked off on August 5th with two shows, one in Maryland and one in Pennsylvania, and continues through the next few weeks before wrapping up on September 22nd in California at BeachLife Ranch. There’s nothing more American than a classic summer road trip so whether you’re headed out to a show or jamming to Rollers as you crisscross the country, make sure to See It All.

Shutter 16 Magazine had the pleasure of chatting with Donovan Frankenreiter about the world record attempt and the Rollers EP. You can listen in on the interview below.
