BTBAM Makes Statement Dustie Waring Off Tour Amidst Rape and Impregnation Allegations Of A Fan

Waring the bands guitarist has been accused of sexually assaulting and impregnating a fan. The allegations came to light on the bands reedit page. In there the fan speaks in detail and shows text messages between the two. She also talks about terminating the pregnancy and getting therapy to deal with the situation. As well, his side project with drummer Blake Richardson, Glass Casket, has yet to make a statement what might happen there.

Pressed for comment on the matter by MetalSucks, Waring‘s legal representative issued the below statement:

“Dustie Waring of BTBAM/Glass Casket is aware of the allegations and working on a statement that is both sensitive to victims of sexual assault but also sufficiently communicates their adamant denial of these allegations.”

We hope everyone involved is OK, and will update as this story progresses. The band will be on the road still with a fill in guitarist, the tour starts next month in South Carolina. Our thoughts go out to everyone. We are huge fans of the band and want nothing but the best for everyone involved.
