Australian pop sensation Troye Sivan is currently roaming around the United States, promoting his newest album Bloom (EMI Australia). The record is Sivan’s second studio album, following his 2015 debut record Blue Neighborhood. The album debuted at number three in Australia, and number four on the US Billboard 200. Bloom is Sivan’s highest-charting release to date, and rightfully so.
Bloom is, without a doubt, the perfect pop album. With Gordi and Ariana Grande lending vocals to two songs, alongside five singles that are still moving up the charts, Bloom is an exploration of queer desire, confusing heartbreak, and danceable melodies. The Bloom experience on a larger than life stage was heaven on earth, something we were not surprised about in the slightest.

Sivan’s stop at CMCU Amphitheater in the Queen City was the perfect cap to close out the summer concert season.

Opening up the night was Germany’s newest pop star Kim Petras. With a couple of EPs under her belt, Petras is certain to be on an upswing following her run with Sivan.

Playing a mixture of new singles and classic fan favorites, Sivan gave Charlotte a dream setlist. Check out a full gallery of the night below, then grab tickets to a show near you!
