Multi-instrumental, stupidly talented, music-for-everyone curators, known as Flor, are coasting on the airwaves once again with their debut release, come out. you’re hiding. It’s an undeniable fact that Fueled By Ramen has been releasing some killer records lately, and Flor’s contribution only further defends my point. You wanna dance? You wanna cry? You want some sweet harmonies and intricate melodies? come out. you’re hiding is for you.

Wack album of the Week:
First single off his new album Teenage Emotions —Lil Yachty has to be the longest running joke for an artist, ever. While his forever chill demeanor and positive message (as noted by his fans via social media) is great, there is something about an artist who tries to bring that vibe… but this is not music. It’s full auto-tune vox bullshit, to say it bluntly. Anyone could sub for him on stage if he had the flu. All they have to do is get a flop-mop red dreaded wig with beads and borrow his $35,000 sprite rainbow grill he had made for the Grammy’s. Why not help a real artist succeed and keep pumping that posi-vibe behind the scenes, and get off the stage!

If you haven’t given Wavves a listen yet, put them on the next time you’re in need of a feel-good, loud, fast distraction from the mundane. Easy to memorize, easy to yell along to, the surf-rockers know how to pack energy into a track, and will unleash that energy at their show. A great first track would be the title track of the new album, “You’re Welcome” or “Animal,” two singles coming from the new record. You’re welcome! Continue reading…
