Matt and Kim Prepare To Get Sweaty With North America This Fall
Matt and Kim Fall North American Tour
Matt and Kim are known for their incredible live shows and hard hitting beat anthems, as well as their obscure and brutally honest, hysterical, and heartfelt social-media. The duo met back in Brooklyn, NY at Pratt Institute. It was there, they began collaborating on music together, the two piece quickly became known for their signature punchy and melodic mix of indie and dance.
The duo has multiple successful albums under their belt and more than 50 million plus Youtube views thanks to various music videos and their vlog “Matt and Kim Show Ya Stuff”. The vlog gives fans an up close and personal look into their everyday life, when they’re not on stage.
Matt and Kim Show Ya Stuff Vlog
This past May, Matt and Kim released the follow up to their 2016 surprise EP We Were The Weirdos. The 2018 release of their new LP titled Almost Everyday came to fruition after Kim suffered a torn ACL while performing in Mexico. The injury gave the musical team an opportunity to use the break from touring as time to focus on creating something new, an album more personal than ever before.
Since Almost Everyday‘s release, Matt and Kim have began collaborating with Isom Innis of Foster The People and the electronic dance duo The Knocks on remixes which are set to be released sometime this year.
