The guys came on and played several smash hits from their new album The Story We Tell Ourselves, including “Go To War,” “Let ‘Em Burn,” and “Just Say When.” No stranger to heat, the Texas group brought their own brand of alt rock to the rainy streets of the Queen City! Nothing like some sick harmonies and hard rock vibes to close the night out.

Nothing More are working with HeadCount, a non-partisan voter registration organization which handles first-time and all voters’ registration needs, as well as To Write Love on Her Arms, a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and options for people struggling with depression and addiction. One dollar from the purchase of every ticket will go to To Write Love On Her Arms.

Palisades (Rise Records)

The Jersey boys in the up and coming rock band Palisades were a perfect fit for this ultra-alt charged bill. Signed to the Rise Records family, Palisades is currently promoting their latest Erase The Pain, released December 2018. Though the band could easily headline a tour on their own, it’s quite the treat for them to hop on this particular bill.

Badflower (Republic Records)

LA rockers Badflower hopped on tour with Nothing More to promote their latest release OK I’M SICK. The record dropped less than a month ago and yet Badflower has been on our timelines almost every day. Perhaps the most notable aspect of the band is their rabid fanbase, and the band’s rabid obsession with their fans. Though you may not know much about Badflower, their fans will treat you like family!

Of Mice and Men (Rise Records)

Cali’s heavy metal favs Of Mice & Men made their way through Charlotte earlier this week at the Underground, igniting our inner metalhead all over again. It’s been a minute since the group has done any major touring, what with vocalist Austin Carlile departing from the band for health and artistic reasons. Though it’s a tough obstacle to overcome, OM&M found their mojo once again and continued as a group with bassist Aaron Pauley stepping into the frontman role.
